Haiz. I was told today that 1 of the temp staff kana chicken pox, (lucky not chicken flu) so meaning the other temp staff gotta cover his duties. And so happen that another temp staff also not feeling well, so also cannot stretch her too much. That means there will be 2 of us covering the other 2 sick ones. (Yes, do your maths correctly and there are only 4 temp staff...) So jialat, I tomrrow also gotta work. Mon also work. Tues also... eh, no work. But then Wed to Sun next week gotta work. Urrrgghhh... That means 6 work dayz in 1 week!!! Then plus today work from 10 am - 9 pm. 11 hrs!!! -_-"
But today met some interesting people. There's this customer who paid for some course fees at my cashier. Now, this is a special course, thats why pay to me mah, although I'm actually at the books section. And also, cos the school section accepts only cash or nets for payment since they got no visa machine, the rule will also apply to this course fee. So this guy came to me to pay and just nice my superior went for dinner, so I was alone. He ask, "Why cannot pay by visa ah??" "Er, ya, cos its a school policy that cannot pay for this particular transaction by visa." "No, why cannot??" "Erm, Sir, Sorry I really dunno. (I really didn't know at that time. I found out the reason later.)" "Visa also $$ wat. So why cannot accept??" "Er, ah, Sir, wat I know is that cos its a course fee, and we dun accept course fees via visa. So Sorry ah." "No. That doesn't make sense." "Er, hahaha." Then he said "Eh, I ask u question u laugh. U're not answering my question." Then I "Er, hahaha." again. Then he look at me -_-, said "Aiya. nvm. Pay by nets then." "Ok then Sir." Basket. I should have just said "Eh, u wanna pay or not? knnbccb. Talk so much cock. Dun wanna pay, go away." But cannot talk liddat to customer. Later instant sack by Yamaha. But my method always work. I laugh (sa xiao) only then people see me like so retarded liddat also not angry liao. This method I do so many times always work. And I learn in NS one. So NS really can teach u things man.
Then later in the evening got another guy came in. This guy is blind and big. And loud. He come in only keep shouting "Where's the sales staff?" My Superior told me to ignore him cos he has been here (but at the keyboard section, which is at the other end.) since the afternoon and pester sales staff only. Then later my superior stepped out and this guy came back again (And shouted for sales staff again.) and i was alone. (Dunno why all the funny things happen when I'm alone. Hmmm...) This guy started shouting again and then he approached a group of customers at my books section and start asking questions like: Where's the sales staff? What section is this? Wat's this I'm holding? Kaoz. So I no choice gotta go there and stop him from disturbing other customers. The moment I told him I'm a Staff member, he grab my arm so bloody hard and ask me, "You are a sales staff? What section is this? Where are the keyboards? Is the latest keyboard the 2100? Is it the most expensive? Can show me where are the keyboards?" Basket, can dun grab my hand so hard first or not? So I told him, "Er, actually I belong to the books section. So I'm not well versed with keyboards. U gotta approach the keyboard sales staff." Then he ask, "Then where is the sales staff? Can u bring me to the keyboards? Where are they? Can I try? Can u help me?" And then he started dragging me along. Knnbccb. U blind I very sorry for u la. But that doesn't allow u to man-handle me k? So I said, "Erm actually the sales staff are... eh, there's no sales staff around. And I'm sorry I can't bring u around cos I'm the only cashier around and I can't leave my post." And I was already digging my heels to prevent being dragged on. Basket, where are all the sales staff?? Then luckily he said, "Then never mind." And he went to the other end of the store. Just then, all the sales staff peek out from the partition and eyeball me if that guy zhao liao. Basket. All hiding. So I told them he zhao liao la. They told me this guy keep disturbing them and end up not buying anything. Purposely gao luan one. And I had to handle him eh??
