Anyway at the request of my fren, decided to go out and help him get a gift yesterday. He actually asked 2 of us to go with him to get a gift for a girl he likes. And plus it's for her birthday, so must be special. So we felt a bit obliged to go help him gift hunting la. Then when I met him yesterday, it turns out he already decided wat to get her. He wanted to buy her a jigsaw puzzle. Of course he buy the unfinished one la, then fix it and give it to her. Then it also turns out that he already decided wat puzzle he wanted to get. Then call the 2 of us come along for f***??!!

Maybe next time...) wanted to get a Gemini Jigsaw cos She is a Gemini. (Same as me. :D) But when we went to the shop, there is no Gemini. Only got Taurus, Leo, Libra and Acquarius. No Gemini?? So we decided to go over to Suntec to try the jigsaw shop there. And as it turns out, there is also no Gemini. Wtf, how can they do this to ME???
So I asked my fren, "Erm, time to activate plan B?" "There's no plan B." "Wat?? No backup plan?? CMI la. Now wat?" Then he also dunno. That over-confident loser never think of the 'ifs' one... But anyway thats what he wants to give her, so we tried to look for other designs. I asked him, "She born '85 rite? Then since u can't get her constellation pic, get her Zodiac la!!! Here's a bull!!" Wahaha. Then my other fren say, "Eh, she does chinese painting rite? Then get her this chinese painting of 2 fishes la!! Nian nian you yu wat." Wahaha. Then he suggest again, "Ah why dun u do those custom-made jigsaw where the pic is a pic of u and her??" "How long will that take?" "Er, 1 month." Wahaha. By then her bday over liao.
Then we pondered over the alternatives. One is just take the Libra jigsaw and insist that its a Gemini. Lol. Another is take the Taurus and say that its actually a Chinese Zodiac Bull for her. Lol. One more is take a dolphin family jigsaw give her then say your aim is to start family with her. LOL. One more is get a chinese painting jigsaw and say is u paint one. LOL.
In the end, he decided to get a nice jigsaw of a pic of a girl staring at a sky full of stars. But my other fren say, "But won't u give her the wrong idea by saying she's all alone??" I said, "Crap la. He can say he is that small snow rabbit at that corner wat. (There is a bunny made of snow in the pic) Or he can always say 'u are the girl and I'm the stars that watch over u' wat. (Lol. So mushy. >_<)" Anyway its really a nice pic la, so he got that in the end.
Then when he paid for the jigsaw and the frame, Kaoz, $72!!! Omg. Then still must spend time and effort to fix the 500 piece jigsaw. Wah lao. And he's still only chasing her man. Imagine when she really becomes his gf...
